I am a designated broker/owner with 33 years of licensed real estate experience, serving brokers and clients throughout Washington State and the Pacific Northwest. My career spans nearly every side of the business—sales, leadership, training, recruiting, compliance, and brokerage operations.

I started in real estate while in college as an assistant, moved into office management in my 20s, and eventually went on to own and operate multiple brokerages. That path gave me a deep, practical understanding of what it really takes to build a successful, sustainable real estate career.

Over the last three decades, I’ve personally closed more than 600 transactions, renovated nearly 100 properties, and continue to run an active, referral-based sales business. In 2024, I earned my company’s President’s Elite Award for sales production.

As a brokerage leader, I currently manage and support apx 100 brokers, reviewing roughly 1,200 transactions per year for DOL compliance. My team and I have trained hundreds of agents through hands-on sales training, mentorship, and continuing education—focused on real-world skills, not theory.

We strongly embrace digital marketing and personal branding, teaching brokers how to show up effectively across today’s platforms. To support that, we created a Podcast Collective, giving agents access to professionally produced podcast content that helps them build authority, trust, and visibility in their local markets.

In addition to brokerage leadership, I own, manage, and rehab rental properties, bringing real investment experience into everything I teach. My focus is simple: practical education, ethical leadership, and long-term success in real estate.
